Digest is the best digestive enzyme i have ever used. I had hernia surgery a year ago and have been suffering with many digestive issues i take two in the morning on an empty stomach and one at night and have experienced such positive results. I have paired it with the warrior water and the d3 k2. I never want to be without this product.
So far so good. Still trying to see if it’s actually working. I seem to have picked up some energy. Got out of my Fatigue. I missed about 3-4 days and I had some mild side effects like nausea. But it went away pretty quick. I’m about to order the enzymes. Been about 30 days. I take other supplements like vitamin D, mag,k2, zinc. Etc

Praying it helps. I noticed when I started my stomach felt tight and uncomfortable. It has progressively gotten better so I’m hoping it’s clearing out whatever was reacting to the warrior water. It doesn’t taste like anything at all which I’m happy about.
been using it for years I have fibro and neurological Lyme disease these help with my gut, they've actually increased my appetite because the digestion is better I'm still gluten free I've learned over the years you must take care of your gut this will do it I highly recommend the product

Love this product. Refreshing. I take it first thing in the morning in a glass of cold water and last thing before I lay down at night. Less bloating and I’m def using the bathroom every day…..
I didn’t realize that it was 5000 IU- I hope that dose is not too high to take daily 😊
