No, Wellness Warrior's Zinc is zinc gluconate, which is a very bioavailable form of zinc, and is much gentler on the stomach. Based on our customers' feedback, they have no issues with our Zinc!

• Do I need to take this every day?

Yes, zinc is an essential nutrient that our body does not store, which means that to get the appropriate amount each day, you must supplement it.

• What is the recommended dose of Wellness Warrior Zinc?

25-50mg daily

• Are there any medical conditions or medications that would make taking Zinc unsafe?

No, our Zinc is safe for adults! Of course, we always recommend checking with your primary care provider before taking anything new.

• HOW DOES THIS KILL PARASITES?

Warrior Water actually works against parasites by creating an uninhabitable environment for them by removing both their food sources and what they are able to hide behind (I.e. Heavy Metals). The Parasites then die and the activated charcoal already inside warrior water flushes them from your body. This makes Warrior Water a much gentler option than traditional anti-parasitics which are harsh on the body.

• HOW LONG DO I NEED TO BE ON WARRIOR WATER

We recommend a minimum of 90-days for a true cellular detox however, we designed it that it can be used daily for life! That’s actually the bad part about other detoxes, people do them, then just get “reToxic,” only to have to detox again and again. With Warrior Water it not only detoxes you but provides ongoing protection to prevent getting TOXIC again!

• What side effects will I experience on Warrior Water?

That’s actually the best part about using warrior water as a detox. We designed this to be gentle! Sometimes people who are very toxic can experience some mild detox symptoms but they normally subside within days to a week. This could be some mild stomach discomfort, headache, fatigue.

• IS WARRIOR WATER SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

Kids younger than 12 years old should first speak with their pediatrician before using Warrior Water. Many parents give their children only one full dropper of warrior water instead of the adult dose of 2 full droppers.

• CAN I USE WITH OTHER MEDICATIONS / VITAMINS?

Yes, just be sure to leave at least an hour in between taking Warrior Water and any medication or vitamins.

• DO I NEED A BINDER TO TAKE WITH THIS?

No! That is what is so amazing about Warrior Water, since it has activated charcoal already in it, that is the binder that’s needed. Truly an all-in-one detox!
