It seems to have helped a little bit. I'm not quite as bloated as usual but I still have the gas. I don't know maybe I am taking it wrong? Do I need to take it before meals or just once a day?

Still trying to determine if thisisbdoing anything for me. It does say that it is mild, and works over time. But there is no taste which is a plus! I put it in water and drink it first thing in the morning. So it is super easy to take.
I have been using Warrior Water for a little over a month. At first I did not notice any significant effects, however I am now seeing stuff come out when I go to the bathroom. Not just parasites, but tiny hard things as well. I never doubted Warrior Water, cause I trust Dr. Nepute, but also pleasantly surprised. Plus, Warrior Water is so much more convenient to consume than pills and easier to remember cause I drink it first thing in the morning.
Honestly, I have not finished my first bottle - the same with Warrior detox. I just have belief that they will help. With 40yrs of progressive constipation and a thin gut lining my body can not assimilate the needed nutrients. My prayer is that these will succeed where others have failed.
