How To Get Your Body Healthy Again

If you could do one thing to get healthy, what would it be? 

Your health is the most important asset. I would do anything to get my health back. If you’re not healthy, you can’t do. The most impactful thing you can do right now to help yourself is to get your metabolism reset. It’s making sure that we’re not having the same problem that 90% of Americans have. It’s eating the standard American diet and getting your metabolism reset and controlling your weight. 

The metabolic reset program

There’s a program that we created called Reset, which is a program not just to lose weight but to reset your entire metabolism system. I’ve got patients of mine that are 240-250 pound people, and they’re actually a lot healthier because their metabolism reset than say a 120 pound person. So weight is not the only thing that we need to look at when it comes to your overall health. 

There are some signs and symptoms that you need to recognize in order to reset your metabolism. If you’re fatigued, if you have anxiety, if you have depression, if you get sore at joints or inflammation, these are all the most common signs of your metabolism needing reset. 

The four basic body types

There are four basic body types that we see on a daily basis, and if you don’t know what body type you are, you cannot help yourself. The first one that pops up is the adrenal body type. This is someone who has skinny arms and legs. They’re bigger in their belly and face. This is a stressed induced body type, and also the most common type. 

Then there’s the thyroid body type. These are the people that just kind of gained weight all over the place. If you are this type then you need more selenium in your diet, and avoid gluten. Next is the hormonal body type. This is a common type in women. The pear shaped type where you’re skinny up top but big in the hips and thighs. And that weight just won’t come off.

Finally, there is the liver body type. These people are the ones that look thin from behind but they’ve got a large potbelly. That’s a really dangerous type. So you have to know your body type, or you won’t know what foods to eat and what foods to avoid.

The Metabolic Diet

The other thing we teach you in this program is what foods to eat and how to go about dieting. In this program, we use intermittent fasting, where we’re only eating two meals a day. Once your body switches from a sugar burn to a fat burn, it’s a game changer. We have a proprietary blend, our metabolic reset program. It supports the endocrine system. It helps your body with something called glyconeogenesis which is helping to take stored fats and burning it. It supports the liver and keeps you from having those crashes that people get when they have calorie restrictive diets.

You’re either a healthy body type or a sick body type. No matter what body type you fall under. And you need to know what body type you are so that when you reset, you get weight off your body.
